Residences at The Emory will be move-in ready in early 2025

Nashville Yards master developer Southwest Value Partners announced Thursday the residential units in its soon-to-open The Emory are now being offered as for-purchase condominiums.

Southwest Value Partners is undertaking development of the site with The Emory and The Everett, an apartment tower, with Dallas-based Streetlights Residential.

Leasing of the 34-floor The Everett’s residential rental units began mid-October, according to a release. The Everett is located at 960 Commerce St.

Construction at the 35-floor The Emory will be completed by year’s end, with the first move-ins slated for early 2025. The residences are priced from the $500,000s to $2 million-plus. Previously, the building’s units were expected to be for rent. The address is 930 Commerce St.

Located on Commerce Street between Ninth and 10th avenues, The Emory offers one-, two-bedroom, and one- and two-bedroom plus den condominiums. The units range in size from approximately 800 to 1,800 square feet.

The 312 residences offer 10-foot ceilings, eight-foot doors, abundant cabinet space, high-end kitchen appliances (80 percent gas ranges and 20 percent induction cooktops), dine-in islands, and mudroom style-entryways. The residences also feature “spa-grade bathrooms,” custom closets, SONOS-enabled sound systems and smart thermostats.

Compass Inc. is serving as the exclusive sales agency for The Emory. The Compass sales team is led by David Dorris and Danielle Helling, under the direction of Hunter Connelly, president of Compass Tennessee.

“For years, we’ve been asked about an opportunity to own a residence at Nashville Yards and are excited to now offer that option at The Emory,” Cary Mack, managing partner of Southwest Value Partners, said in the release. “With both a for-sale and for-rent option, The Emory and The Everett give anyone seeking the authentic Nashville Yards residential experience a choice.”
