The Everett and The Emory, two multi-family residential towers under construction at Nashville Yards, anticipate an opening by year’s end.
Two new residential towers will reach the Nashville skyline come November.
The Everett and The Emory, rising 34 and 35 stories, are in the final stages of construction at Nashville Yards. With leasing set to begin this summer, let’s take a closer look at what the towers will bring to the 19-acre mixed use district.
Beyond downtown views
Together, the structures will offer over 650 residences, including a mix of one and two-bedroom units spanning 700 to 1,750 sqft. Among the amenities are custom kitchen cabinetry, wine refrigerators, spa-grade bathrooms, customizable closets, and Sonos sound systems.
Outside of the units, The Everett and The Emory will share a third floor amenity deck with a pool, fitness center, game room, resident bar, coworking areas, and golf simulator. Both buildings will feature a Sky Lounge with a rooftop dog park and additional coworking space.
Neighborhood perks
The two new towers are steps away from dining, retail, and entertainment offerings at Nashville Yards, which continues to make major strides in construction.
Several high profile projects are slated to open in 2025, including:
- The Pinnacle, a 4,500-person capacity music venue operated by AEG
- The Goddard School, which is expected to open in spring 2025 and enroll ~250 children
- EVO, a luxury dine-in cinema and experiential entertainment venue
- Restaurants Ocean Prime and Fogo de Chão
- Fitness club Iconix
These offerings will join existing tenants Crisp & Green, The Urban Juicer, and Orange Theory.

Southwest Value Partners and StreetLights Residential, the project’s development partners, announced that move-ins will begin in November. Keep up with The Everett and The Emory on Instagram.
