The Nashville chapter of Virginia-based commercial real estate development association NAIOP held its annual awards ceremony Thursday night at the Grand Hyatt hotel, with Southwest Value Partners named the developer of the year for the second consecutive year.
According to a release, SWVP — which is co-based in Nashville and San Diego — also captured the office development award for high-rise The Pinnacle. Of note, SWVP won that award also in 2024.
