A locally owned wine bar is headed to Nashville Yards next year.

The group behind Franklin’s Vintage Vine 100, led by Alan Thompson, teamed up with Dave Nava, owner of Team Brands LLC, to open The Wine Bar.
“I’ve been keeping an eye on the project for years and the high standards and first-class approach of Southwest Value Partners made Nashville Yards the perfect place for our new concept,” Thompson said in the release.
The Wine Bar will seat around 150 people and offer wines from different regions around the world. Wine flights will allow guests to sample different varieties, and tasting and educational events will be held regularly.
A tapas menu will accompany the wines.
“The Wine Bar is perfectly aligned with the caliber and mix of dining and entertainment options we are cultivating at Nashville Yards and will be a destination for anyone seeking a sophisticated yet relaxed setting after work, before or after a show, or as part of their downtown explorations,” said Cary Mack, managing partner of Southwest Value Partners, in the release.
The Wine Bar joins other Nashville Yards hospitality tenants like Earls Nashville, Culaccino, Fogo de Chão and Ocean Prime.
