Chef Sean Brock’s newest restaurant concept, The Continental, opened Thursday for take-out and delivery from its location in the recently-opened Grand Hyatt Nashville.
The Continental showcases a menu drawn from traditional American hotel dining and modern French cuisine’s penchant for light, delicate dishes, according to a news release.
Brock is not new to Nashville — his restaurant Joyland, his take on fast food, opened in east Nashville in March, and Audrey/Red Bird, a restaurant focused on Appalachian cuisine and named after his grandmother, is slated to join the east Nashville food scene in the near future.
